For a dental abscess: Do NOT apply aspirin directly to the area. You can take over-the-counter pain relief and rinse with warm salt water, but seek dental care immediately as infections can be dangerous.
For broken or cracked teeth: Rinse your mouth with warm water, apply a cold compress to your face to reduce swelling, and avoid chewing on that side until you see us.
